Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to your workspace. Tell us promptly at the email below if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to break any law, including telemarketing, call-recording, text-messaging, privacy and anti-discrimination laws.
• Call or text people without the consent the law requires, or keep contacting people who have opted out.
• Send spam, harassing, deceptive or unlawful content.
• Interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Services beyond what your plan allows.

You keep ownership of the data you and your contacts provide through the Services ("Client Data"), including call recordings, transcripts and candidate information. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and transmit Client Data to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to collect and use Client Data. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services use artificial intelligence to hold conversations, transcribe calls and generate summaries and analysis. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, and it should not be the sole basis for hiring or other significant decisions.

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement.

We may suspend or end access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or others. You may stop using the Services at any time.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypelink Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
